In just 10 months, BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin ETF (IBIT) has overtaken the iShares Gold ETF (IAU) in total asset volume, reflecting a huge interest in cryptocurrencies, particularly Bitcoin.
IBIT has reached $60 billion in assets under management, surpassing IAU's $58 billion. This growth shows the increasing investor interest.
Additionally, IBIT demonstrated a significant trading volume, reaching $1 billion in a mere 35 minutes of one trading session and attracting $1.5 billion in a single day.
